• I can only see part of the website
  Eric’s Music Shop has been written for the standard web browser and is for a 1024 x 768 pixel screen. If you have an alternative type of screen, such as 800 x 600 pixel, then you may have to use the scroll option on the right hand side of the screen.

• Are all titles available?
  All titles are available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event of any problems you will be notified on your invoice.

• I can’t find the title I’m looking for
  This is the beauty of Eric’s Music Shop – it’s a real shop manned by real people! If you need any help at all please phone, fax or email Eric.

• I know the items I want, but am not ready to order them yet
  Eric’s Music Shop has a facility to keep your order details for up to 60 days. Just place the items you wish to purchase into your basket, then click "Save Basket" to save the details for 60 days. You can access this link at any time buy going to "Load a Basket" and continuing to the checkout.

• How safe are my details?
  The most up-to-date software has been installed on this site, to guarantee the utmost security.
  • An SSL-link is used to handle your personal data. This is the most secure encryption available on the internet.
  • Your credit card details will never be saved onto our web server.
  • In accordance with the Data Protection Act, all personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be made available to any third party. (See also our Privacy Policy.)

• How do I access my details?
  To access your details, click on "My Profile". If you have not registered yet, click on "Login" to register.

• I have forgotten my password
  If you are registered with Eric’s Music Shop and have forgotten or want to change your password, go to "Login" on the Menu and then click on "forgotten your password" or "change your password".

• I would like to change my email address
  If your email address has changed, please go to "Login" on the Menu and click on: "change your email address".

• Logging off correctly
  It’s important to log off properly from Eric’s Music Shop when you have successfully completed a purchase, to ensure that no others can access your details. This is especially important if you are using a shared computer (for example, in an internet café) where others may be using the computer directly after you. However, if you do forget to log out, your session will automatically disconnect after a certain amount of time to ensure your privacy.
